What They're Saying...
Rebecca Bloom helped me take my manuscript (memoir) (book) from pretty good to page turner. Her advice on structure, voice and truth, kept my writing real and boldly honest. Rebecca understood my voice and writing style like no other. She is a coach extraordinaire.
- Robin Joy Bell Nobles
Through her developmental edits, Rebecca finds the bones of the work and helps aligns the message, transforming a former mess into something deeply meaningful, profound and powerful. And she'll insist it was always there even if it's clear she's performed magic. Writing can be an isolating experience and having a mentor like Rebecca on my side stops me from stagnation, negative self-talk, and writer's group fatigue. I cannot thank her enough for my growth as a writer.
Working with Rebecca is a joy. Her insightful notes gave me next steps for both improving my screenplay and honing my voice. She draws from a wealth of experience and creativity to provide concrete examples of her suggestions, which I found especially helpful. On top of all that, her positive energy is infectious and motivational.
I walked away from my session with Rebecca filled with inspiration. I remember her encouragement to recognize my unique value as a writer. I use that to this day to spark my writing. She helped me identify areas to expand upon and reflect on how I could carry my readers with me through the lens of my perspective.
